I would also like to try to find solutions on how we can combat the problems of unfair labor practices in the workplace.  I would like my website to be informative as well as to become a link where employees who have experienced the same treatment that we have experienced during the last fourteen plus years.  We had no help, in finding solutions to our problems because of those who turned their heads in allowing this kind if treatment to continue because they didn’t want to get involved.  Maybe you participated in this kind of behavior because of your employer and you felt forced to treat others unjustly, I would like to hear from you too.  I would like to know if you would like to have been in Andrea Smith and Crista Carry position and experienced the same fate that these two ladies have experienced with no outside entities to help them.  We’re only working for our survival but something has to be done about this kind of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation when a company takes a disliking to an employee for whatever reason and decided that the employee doesn’t belong with the company treating employees in an inhuman manner in hopes that the employee will just quit and go away.  It’s really bad when management gathered together and make up lies to have an employee fired while she was on medical leave. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;I would like to know the extent that a company went through to get rid of a person when that person did nothing to absorb this kind of treatment. It doesn’t matter what ethnic background you are, I would like to know the extent of the discrimination, harassment, or retaliation someone went through while the company was using unfair labor practices.  I would like this kind of treatment to be reported anonymously if there are forced to discriminate against others for a company.  Discrimination laws will soon be a thing of the past, because the laws are not being enforced and discrimination has taken a back seat in our society.  It is clear that our news station and newspaper and the radio station rally don’t cover these story unless the issue is grave enough to make headlines news then every body wants in on the story.  If it becomes headline then the story later is lost and forgotten.  There are certain stories that the TV stations will follow if it against big business the story is kept low key and in time the story is later forgotten.  In the early nineties I tried to contact the problem solver and as recent as 2002 I tried to get media attention to no avail. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would like all those who have read my book and have experienced discrimination from company’s who violate labor laws and want them held accountable.  I would like to hear from those people in deciding how far we have really come in terms of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation of any kind on the job where you are employed.  I believed in the laws and in the constitution at one point in my life and now it seems that the laws are on paper but they are not enforced when it comes to the larger companies, and how they hand out money for various charitable causes, tend to be softer in enforcing the laws for that entity which in return choose to condone the unfair labor practices.  There are many who have fallen through the cracks of the justice system and as a result the treatment continues, the employees quit their job or harassed until they loose their sanity.  While nothing has ever been done about this type of harassment and even when it was reported then the retaliation continues against the one who filed the complaint. What happens to a person who was lied on by the company leaving the employee with no money and no job?  If the union would have represented the employee it would not have taken over three yeas to settle a grievance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This kind of treatment that Andrea and I have experienced and we didn’t have access to the courts and the jury process as promised in the United States Constitution, when it states that every suitor has a right to represent their case in the court by a lawyer or pro-se (Lat. for in his or her own behalf).  We didn’t choose to represent ourselves the Judges made that call for us by not granting an attorney that was a violation of our Constitutional Rights. We were forced to represent ourselves, which was wrong, and our right was violated.  The judge knew we needed an attorney but refuse to give us one to make sure that our cases never make it in the hands of a jury. If we ask the court for representation Andrea and I should have been provided one.  You are supposed to have a choice when you have a claim you want to present to the courts to be represent or not.  I our case I wanted to have an attorney and was denied that right.  President William Jefferson Clinton states:  “It is a profound feeling in our system of justice when we don’t provide legal service, but we continue to maintain we are all Equal before the law.”  I would like to find solutions where people can complain and be heard about the company and the union when they are allowed to violate labor laws and violate contract rules.  We all don’t have access to the justice system as the justice system has promised.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would like to find solution to what has happened when the union fails to represent the union members who pay for their services.  And to urge employees to take part in their grievance process so less deal are made without your knowledge.  Each person who holes a job has to work to survive and maintain in order to provide for themselves and their families.  I would like to post the names of attorneys who employees sought, and refused to help a client who is seeking help, and they didn’t provided the employee with any legal service when there is an injustices brought against then.  I would like the government agencies who are suppose to protect to employees from company discrimination, harassment, and retaliation of any kind.  I would like their names, the agency name, and the person handling the complaint who did nothing to assist the person who was in need of help.  Those are the professional who knows that laws have been broken and send the employee out of the door should be held accountable when there are laws that have been violated. These are the type of lawyers I don’t want to be links to this website.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would like lawyer who are interested in helping employees and their names don’t appear on the list of lawyer who hasn’t preformed as a lawyer in terms of helping employee who have not turned employees away who was seeking their help.  I’m looking for those who are willing to reach out to help employees that the union and the company fail to correct the problems that they have been faced with regarding discrimination, retaliation, harassment and of any kind.  I would be seeking attorney who are willing to help employee with labor issues that are not afraid to go against large private companies and the unions in a court of law.  I would like to hear the labor violation and as the attorney who reads these complaint contacts the website to seeking people that they can help.  I would like to seek attorneys that love the work they do and enjoy winning cases on merit and hard work.  When the unions fail to protect the union member I want lawyer’s that’s not afraid of the union.  If more then one employee contact the website from one company then there may be cause for a class action lawsuit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would like to hear from those employees who want to vent about their work place harassment, discrimination and retaliation. I would like to find ways that working employees would be treaded with dignity and respect.  And hold companies and unions accountable for unfair labor practices.  I would like to weed out the lawyers who are only in representation for the money only.  I would like caring and compassionate attorneys as links to the website.  I’m not interested in those attorneys who are willing to leave the violated employee for the highest bidder.  I’m looking for lawyer who is not easily bought off by the company because it’s clear the large companies have more money then the lawyers and the person that needs representation.
